There are many benefits for players to be playing in the Ohio Prospects League. By being in a league, you are guaranteed games during the week.  Non-league teams tend to cancel games or not schedule games during the week.   In the southern U.S., baseball is played year around so players are playing many games which helps them learn and perform in game situations--experience that cannot be gained in a practice.  In a cold weather locale such as Cleveland, it is important to take advantage of the summer months and play baseball.  Our league is about competition and improving skills with weekday games to go along with weekend tournaments.

If you are looking to play on a 2024 Ohio Prospects League team. Please go to the Main Menu Home Page to "Create A Post" and click-on "Players Looking For Teams" and follow the Instructions on how to create your post.

For New Teams, or for Individual Teams Returning To The League From The 2023 Season, Please Fill- Out A  2024 Team Registration Form.    There are no league fees collected by filling out the OPL Team Registration Form (league fees are collected in Nov-Jan).   Your team will declare to play in the Major, Minor, or Community (Plus) division and declare to play East, West, or South.
